VILLAGE WALK MURRIETA
Village Walk Murrieta is a 62-acre mixed use master-planned project, strategically located at the northwest corner of I-15 and Kalmia in Murrieta, California. It is directly across the street from the new Lowe's Home Improvement Store, Kohl's Department Store and several food establishments and one-half block from the City of Murrieta's new Civic Center.

Village Walk Plaza is nearing completion with the third and final stage construction now underway. This power retail center features more than 313,000 square feet of space. Village Walk Square is complete and features a three-story, 35,250 square foot, class A office building (Rancon Corporate Headquarters), a 6,000 square foot steak house restaurant and a 5,000 square foot bank. The third phase of Village Walk was sold to Cameo Homes and is being developed as a luxury senior citizen complex called Grand Isle at Village Walk.

GATEWAY TO MURRIETA
Just west of the Village Walk Murrieta site you will find the Murrieta Town Square property. The entire square block is planned for civic and business uses. The first completed project was the state-of-the-art Murrieta Police Department. A Senior Center and Library have been completed.

Ultimately this site will include the Murrieta City Hall, an amphitheater, office buildings and other civic amenities.

PHASE I - VILLAGE WALK SQUARE
Village Walk Square - Phase one of Village Walk Murrieta, a 64 acre master planned project. It is a is comprised of three quality commercial uses:

Village Walk Corporate Center, a 35,000 square-foot,
Class A Office Building, completed in December 2003 and the Rancon Group's corporate offices.

RJ's Sizzling Steer, a 6,330 square-foot, family owned,
western steakhouse.

Community National Bank - This 5,000 square-foot bank is now open for business and provides traditional commercial banking services to small and medium-sized businesses and individuals in the communities along the I-15 corridor in northern San Diego County and southern Riverside County.

   
 

PHASE II - VILLAGE WALK PLAZA
Village Walk Plaza includes a 312,000 square-foot promotional shopping center that will become Murrieta's most prominent commercial development. Village Walk Plaza will feature national chain retailers in several sectors representing soft goods, hard goods and home furnishings.

The anchor tenants will be complemented by restaurants and specialty retailers to provide customers a full range of retail amenities for their shopping needs.

   
 

PHASE III - VILLAGE WALK SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT

Scheduled to open with the fall of 2007, this project consists of a 453-unit, upscale senior apartment complex featuring a clubhouse, pool, lush landscaping and attractive amenities.
